About Elle, MD

 Betsy Tolley, PhD is a behavioral scientist and global health researcher with more than 30 years of experience in contraceptive and HIV prevention studies. She served as Director of Social and Behavioral Health Sciences at FHI 360 and has contributed social science expertise to large-scale trials across sub-Saharan Africa, India and Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Her work focuses on end-user perspectives, product acceptability, and adherence. As Clinical Advisor to Elle, MD, she advises on behavioral research, end-user testing, and multi-country implementation strategies.
