Job Type: Fractional position with potential to become full time

Position Overview: As an executive assistant at Elle, MD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient execution of our projects and day to day business operations.

Responsibilities: 

•  Monitor and and maintain executive calendar 
• Monitor and respond to emails related to all company items and some personal items as needed
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors and contractors to optimize project outcomes as needed.
• Assist with invoicing, vendor payments, daily communication with design, regulatory and business consultants as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration position, ability to work in a fast paced environment with enthusiasm and initiative.
• Strong organizational, communication and writing skills
• Strong computer and/or AI background an asset
• Relentless resourcefulness and a solution oriented mindset.

Position Overview:

As a Clinical Study Coordinator at Elle, MD, you will play a key role in advancing our cutting-edge research and development efforts for non-hormonal contraception. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking solutions that prioritize the safety and autonomy of any individual with potential to become pregnant.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate the design and execution of clinical studies. 
•  Analyze and interpret data, contributing to the publication of research findings.
• Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and developments in reproductive health.
• Contribute to grant applications as needed and engage in daily operations to accelerate the company’s path to market.

Qualifications:

• ·Ph.D., Masters or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 
• Proven experience as a Study Coordinator, working in reproductive health research or taking a medical device to market. Prior work with FDA, Health Canada or WHO is an asset.
• ·Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, pay attention to detail and take initiative in a fast-paced start up environment.
• Passion for advancing women’s health and reproductive autonomy.
