About Elle, MD

 Kavita Nanda, MD, MHS is a physician-scientist with longstanding experience in clinical research focused on women’s health. She serves as Director of Medical Research in the Contraceptive Research, Development & Introduction (CRDI) Division at FHI 360, where she supports and oversees clinical development programs ranging from early-phase studies to large, multinational trials. Dr. Nanda has led  FDA-regulated studies and global research initiatives involving regulatory planning, pharmacovigilance, and cross-functional trial coordination, in collaboration with academic, industry, and funding partners. As an Advisor to Elle, MD, she offers guidance on clinical development, evidence generation, and regulatory considerations to support the advancement of innovative women’s health technologies.
