 Wendy Blanda, PhD brings over 20 years of pharmaceutical and medical device industry experience specializing in drug-device combination products, formulation science, and CMC regulatory strategy. With a PhD in Macromolecular Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan, she has successfully guided products through IND, NDA, and eCTD submissions to both the FDA and EMA. A subject matter expert in vaginal ring technologies and copper IUD chemistry, Dr. Blanda is a proven leader with 26+ issued patents in drug delivery systems. She leads product development strategy at Elle, MD, bringing deep expertise in advancing complex pharmaceutical products from proof of concept through GMP manufacturing and commercialization.
